WORD OF THE DAY:

(Romans 11:36)

For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. (For all things originate with Him and come from Him; all things live through Him, and all things center

In and tend to consummate and to end in Him.) To Him be glory forever! Amen. (So be it).

MESSAGE OF THE DAY:

THE APPEARANCE OF JESUS AFTER HIS RESURRECTION:

(Mark 16:14-20)

14. Afterward He appeared to the Eleven (apostles themselves) as they reclined at table; and He reproved and reproached them for their unbelief (their lack of faith) and their hardness of heart, because they had refused to believe those who had seen Him, and looked at Him attentively after He Had risen (from death). 

15. And He said to them: "Go into the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature of the whole human race,

16. "He who believes, (adheres to and trusts in and relies on the Gospel, and Him Whom it sets forth) and is baptized will be saved (from the penalty of eternal death); but he who does not believe (who does not adhere to and trust in and rely on the Gospel, and Him Whom it sets forth) will be condemned. 

17. "And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: In My Name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages; 

18. "They will pick up serpents; and (even) if they drink anything deadly,

It will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well."

19. So then the Lord Jesus, after He Had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and He sat down at the right hand of God. 

20.  And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord kept working with them and confirming the message by the attesting signs and miracles that closely accompanied (it). Amen (so be it).

Want uit Hom en deur Hom en tot Hom is alle dinge. Syne is die heerlikheid tot in ewigheid. Amen. 

BOODSKAP VAN DIE DAG:

VERSKYNING VAN JESUS NÁ SY OPSTANDING: 

(Markus 16:14-20)

14. Later het Hy aan die elf self verskyn toe hulle aan tafel was, en Hy het hulle hul ongeloof en hardheid van hart verwyt, omdat hulle die wat Hom ná Sy opstanding gesien het, nie geglo het nie. 

15. En Hy het vir hulle gesê: "Gaan die hele wêreld in en verkondig die evangelie aan die ganse mensdom. 

16. "Hy wat glo en hom laat doop, sal gered word; maar hy wat nie glo nie, sal veroordeel word. 

17. "En vir die wat geglo het, sal hierdie tekens volg: In My Naam sal hulle duiwels uitdryf, met nuwe tale sal hulle spreek,

18. "Slange sal hulle opneem, en as hulle iets dodeliks drink, sal dit hulle geen kwaad doen nie; op siekes sal hulle die hande lê, en hulle sal gesond word."

19. Nadat die Here dan met hulle gespreek het, is Hy opgeneem in die hemel en het gaan sit aan die regterhand van God. 

20. Maar hulle het uitgegaan en het oral gepreek, en die Here het saamgewerk en die woord bevestig deur die tekens wat daarop gevolg het. Amen. 

 

(God willing and by His marvellous grace and mercy I will share the Word with you, as often as I possibly can.

As dit die wil van God is en deur Sy wonderbare genade en barmhartigheid, sal ek die Woord met u deel so dikwels as wat ek moontlik kan.)
