JONAH'S SELFISHNESS AND DISREGARD FOR THE PEOPLE OF NINEVEH / JONA SE SELFSUGTIGHEID EN SY GERINGSKATTING VAN DIE MENSE VAN NINEVÉ.

Tuesday 1 April 2014.
WORD OF THE DAY:
[Luke 10:19]
"Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and (physical and mental strength and ability) over all the power that the enemy (possesses); and nothing shall in any way harm you."

MESSAGE OF THE DAY:
JONAH'S SELFISHNESS AND HIS DISREGARD FOR THE PEOPLE IN NINEVEH:
1. English - (Amplified Bible Version)
[Jonah 4:6-8]
6. And the Lord prepared a gourd (a wonder vine), and made it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shade over his head, to deliver him from his evil situation. So Jonah was exceedingly glad (to have  the protection) of the gourd.
7. But God prepared a cutworm when the morning dawned the next day, and it smote the gourd so that it whithered.
8. And when the sun arose, God prepared a sultry east wind, and the sun beat down upon the head of Jonah, so that he fainted and wished in himself to die, and said: "It is better for me to die than to live."

Dinsdag 1 April 2014.
WOORD VAN DIE DAG:
[Lukas 10:19]
